I redid the design I gave to my sister & have donated the design to the 2017 Chapter Project Book. You can see it at Seminar in the Distance Learning Program area. It is intended to teach how to manipulate an overdyed thread. This uses the same overdyed thread, Watercolours Lilac (039) as I had used for my sister.

I love the original the best…and I receive MANY compliments on it when I show it off ! ! ! It’s my go-to-meetings bag; it holds just the right amount of “stuff!!!” Soon you may have Alabama fans!!! I just HAPPEN to mention my sister’s blog ! ! !
Comment by Anita April 19, 2018 @ 3:19 amI do like how the original turned out. I know of at least one chapter who is stitching this piece but I don’t know how it turned out for them. It is one of my meeting bags too! Glad to welcome Alabamians! There are several needlepoint and cross stitch stores in Alabama (per Google). Montgomery has Needle Bug which offers a nice stitching January.
